★Natural Characteristics & Minor Imperfections:
Natural nephrite jade inevitably exhibits natural imperfections, such as inclusions,
cottons, and waterlines. High-quality jade has fewer flaws, but no piece is absolutely
perfect. Minor imperfections may arise from the raw stone itself or from the processes
of mining, cutting, and carving. These natural marks contribute to the jade’s
authenticity and uniqueness.
★Size & Weight:

★Color Variance:
Camera settings and screen displays differ from the human eye. Variations in color
may occur depending on background and lighting.
★Polishing Types:
Jade can be finished with either a semi-glossy or a glossy polish. Semi-glossy
polishing is less reflective than glossy polishing, though this does not affect the
jade’s quality. High-quality jade develops a richer luster with wear. We select
the polishing method based on the variety and characteristics of each jade piece.

We typically process and ship orders within 2-3 business days of receiving your order.
Domestic Shipping:
We ship domestically via major carriers such as USPS or UPS, Standard Shipping usually takes 3–7 business days to arrive. Express Shipping typically delivers within 1–3 business days.
Shipping Costs & Fees:
Orders Order over $35 entitles to free Standard Shipping via USPS within the domestic region. Shipping upgrade and select of other carrier besides USPS are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Free shipping is only offered for completed purchases.
For returns due to personal reasons (such as change of mind), the original shipping cost we paid and the return shipping cost will be the buyer’s responsibility.
Any unreturned gifts are non-refundable.
