In the event of delays due to weather, customs, or peak shipping periods—circumstances beyond our control—thank you for your patience; if the delay surpasses the carrier’s lost‑package threshold, we will promptly file a claim on your behalf.
3. Returns & Refunds
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility; if there is a product defect, we will cover all shipping costs and issue a full refund.

6. Sales & Use Tax Policy
