The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged, I can't accept returns for:
  • Items on sale
  • Customized Orders

Conditions of return

Items must be in their original packaging, including gifts and all accessories sent along with original package. 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, including the original shipping fee + any fees incurred

  • We do not cover the original shipping cost for returned orders; free shipping applies only to purchases that are not returned.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 24–48 Hours.

Is there Restocking Fee? 

Yes. Seller charges 10% restocking fee for returned product that was not due to quality issue or due to damages incurred in transit. The pandemic has led to an increase in online shopping and returns, which has also led to higher costs for vendors. There is a fee for returns that are made simply because the customer changed their mind。
